The Dermaroller/eDS  can noticeably rejuvenate the appearance of your skin improving fine lines wrinkles, old scars or sun damage, it can assist with the absorption of other topical products for skin rejuvenation.  The eDS  treatment is suitable for all skin types and does not result in skin sensitivity to UV light.

After an eDS™ Skin Needling procedure your body will start to naturally regenerate and repair the skin, working below the surface in the dermis. This takes time as new collagen is formed, new skin cells are generated and blood supply is enhanced. It can take up to six weeks before visible signs of regeneration and repair are seen and the process will continue over the following months, providing you with a natural and long lasting enhancement.

A local anesthetic cream is applied 30 minutes prior to treatment while your consent form is completed.  The ‘roller’ is then applied all over the treatable area – this takes about 20 minutes.

Side effects of the eDS machine treatment is that your skin may feel a little tight or sensitive for up to 24 to 48 hours following the procedure. The eDS is more intense than Dermaroller treatment and it can take 3-4 days for the redness to disappear.

You can return to normal activities. The use of an appropriate SPF  and skincare as recommended.

You will typically be able to see noticeable results six-eight  weeks after your treatment. We recommend a course of three treatments with a break of  six – eight  weeks between each session. This allows for new cell reproduction, collagen and elastin stimulation and general skin healing.

The treatment results typically last for 6 months- up to a year.
