Jacqueline Naeini is a multi-award-winning aesthetic nurse and the visionary force behind Cliniva Cosmetic Training. With an extraordinary 22 years of experience as a registered general nurse and 17 years in medical aesthetics, Jacqueline has established herself as one of the UK’s most respected and accomplished professionals in this dynamic field. Her passion for aesthetics and commitment to raising industry standards are matched by her wealth of knowledge and expertise, which she shares with other medical professionals through training, mentoring, and leadership.
Jacqueline’s remarkable career has been recognised with numerous accolades. She has received multiple MyFaceMyBody awards between 2015 and 2018 and was “Highly Commended” and “Commended” for Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Year from 2019 to 2022. She has also been a finalist for Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner of the Year at the prestigious Aesthetic Awards in both 2024 and 2025. Under Jacqueline’s guidance, her clinic team has also excelled, earning “Highly Commended” recognition for Reception Team of the Year and becoming finalists in 2024 and 2025.
As the Clinical Director of successful businesses—Cliniva Medispa, Cliniva Cosmetic Training, Jacqueline continues to drive innovation and excellence in the aesthetics industry. Trained at Harley Street, London, by some of the finest medical cosmetic doctors, Jacqueline has achieved an advanced level of expertise. She was also one of only 25 nurses in the UK invited to complete the prestigious Diploma in Medical Aesthetics, a testament to her exceptional skill and dedication to professional development.
As well as this she also attends regular training and travelling all over the UK and also attending international conferences in Paris, Monaco and Barcelona. Jacqueline is also asked regular to speak at some of the most respected conferences in the UK sharing her knowledge and experiences. Jacqueline has trained, mentored and supported many aesthetic nurses over the last 12 years and continues to do so on a daily basis. Many of which, have gone on to building their own successful aesthetic businesses.
Nicola Barraclough

Nicky joined Cliniva Medispa in 2019, bringing with her over 16 years of experience in NHS and private dentistry. Making the leap into aesthetics sparked her passion for the transformative effects that treatments can have on both physical appearance and mental well-being.
As both a Clinic Coordinator and Treatment Provider, Nicky plays a vital role in managing the day to day running of the clinic, ensuring a warm and seamless experience for every patient.
Nicky has undergone extensive training in skincare and advanced skin treatments, qualifying to perform a range of procedures including Dermaplaning, DermaZen Facials, EndyMed, and HydraFacial. She combines her expertise and passion to deliver tailored treatments that leave her patients feeling confident and cared for.
Nicky’s dedication and expertise have been recognised as she was named a finalist at the prestigious Aesthetic Awards in both 2024 and 2025. This honour highlights her commitment to excellence in patient care.
Jade Wilkinson

Jade joined the Cliniva Medispa team in 2024, bringing with her an impressive 18-year career in pharmacy. Her extensive healthcare experience, combined with her exceptional organisational skills and warm, approachable personality, makes her an invaluable part of our team.
As our Clinic Coordinator, Jade oversees the reception area and ensures that our patients feel welcomed and cared for when they visit the clinic. She manages the day-to-day running of the front of house, keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
Jade’s calm and friendly demeanour puts everyone at ease, creating a welcoming and positive environment for both patients and staff. Her dedication to providing attentive and personalised support ensures that every patient’s experience at Cliniva Medispa is seamless and enjoyable.
